City Hall Closed to Public
In response to Governor Sisolak’s mandate regarding COVID-19, City Hall will be closed to the public beginning March 24. However, we will continue to serve our taxpayers by telephone, fax and email, Monday–Friday, 8am to 5pm.
We encourage you to undertake any business you have with our offices remotely. Please use the contact information listed below:
Property Records, Maps, Property Assessment information is still available 24/7 on our website www.carson.org/assessor. For questions or to make an appointment for mobile home titles and personal exemptions please call our office at (775) 887-2130 or send a fax to (775) 887-2139.
Property tax payments, utility payments or any city related payments can be made online at www.carson.org. Additionally, check payments can be mailed to 201 N Carson St. Ste 5, Carson City, NV 89701 or placed in the drop box behind City Hall on North Plaza St. The Treasurer can be reached at (775) 887-2092, Fax (775) 887-2102 or email at Treasurer@carson.org.
