Gas Leak at south end Sav-Mart
6:22pm Smell of natural gas at the Save Mart off South Carson Street on West Roventini. Arriving firefighters say nobody has evacuated. Firefighters headed inside to investigate.
6:26pm Firefighters say they smell a strong odor of gas. They’re evacuating the store. Southwest Gas is being summoned to the scene.
6:33pm Still tracking down what they believe is a gas leak. Haven’t found it yet.
6:43pm Tracked the smell down – leaking from a truck tire. Smells just like natural gas. Contacting owner.
