Carson City Supervisors drop most Covid-19 restrictions
The Carson City Board of Supervisors have removed most of the remaining local COVID-19 restrictions effective today. It means that the Supervisors believe that enough Carson area residents have gotten 1 or 2 doses of the vaccine. But everyone must still comply with occupancy numbers in restaurants, stores, hair salons, fitness centers and other indoor venues. They can enjoy full occupancy as long as people wear their face masks inside the buildings.
The new regulations require that face masks must still be worn indoors as mandated by the state of Nevada. Those who are fully-vaccinated can go maskless outdoors except at crowded outdoor events such as concerts or other heavily attended venues.
