The Carson City Board of Supervisors, on a split vote today, barely passed a new city ordinance that would make marijuana sales outside a regular marijuana shop part of the sales process. After the Covid-19 emerged, marijuana buyers tended to shy away from getting into crowded marijuana shops. These days marijuana customers want to remain outside those shops to conduct their cash-only marijuana purchases – safer in the open air where Covid-19 viruses are more widely dispersed.
The vote among the Carson City Supervisors, as mentioned above, tentatively approved the arrangement but postponed the actual new ordinance taking effect until next week. Stay tuned.
